March 2-4, 2018 – Mason, MI

We traveled to Michigan to kick off the 2018 show season and our hearts are bursting to share how it went.

Maeve came out raring to go this weekend and showed us that she really is maturing into a lovely girl with a solid temperament and a desire to perform. Of the 6 shows entered, Maeve won the Champion class 5 times and went on to win Best Of Breed 4 times. Maeve also won a group 1st, a group 3rd and two group 4th placements. With these wins, and pending UKC confirmation, we are very happy to announce that Maeve is now a Grand Champion. In addition, Maeve also played in nosework and did such a great job with 2 qualifying scores that she earned her first Total Dog award! We could not be happier with this girl this weekend!

Jace came along to play in the altered ring and took Best of Breed three of the six shows he was entered in. Of each of the times Jace took breed he went on to place Group 1st and came away with two Reserve Best In Show ribbons. Like his sister, Jace also dabbled in nosework this weekend earning two qualifying scores and a fancy new Total Dog award!

This weekend wouldn’t have been possible without our good friends at Kurscha Alaskan Klee Kai and we are looking forward to seeing their pack again soon!
