Rally/Obedience

Rally Obedience is a way to make Obedience fun.

Handlers that compete in Obedience are traditionally not supposed to do a lot of talking or instructing.  In my personal experience my dogs find it boring, so in comes the sport of Rally to save the day.

In rally you should talk to your dog, encouraging them and cheering them on as you both work your way through a course of heeling exercises, sits, stays and downs.

We found this sport to be a wonderful reinforcement of our everyday training, it assisted my dogs with self-control, and we really enjoy our time spent in the ring when playing at Rally.
